Affiliate Disclosure

At birdinhandpub.co.uk, we are committed to transparency with our readers. This page explains how we generate revenue and maintain editorial integrity.

How We Earn Money

birdinhandpub.co.uk earns affiliate commissions when readers click through our links to casino operators, including those featured in our Spinshark reviews and recommendations. When you click an affiliate link and create an account or make a deposit, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Our Editorial Independence

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. We evaluate all casinos based on objective criteria including player safety, game variety, bonus terms, customer support, and licensing. Our rankings are determined solely by these editorial standards, regardless of affiliate commission rates.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links are clearly marked throughout our site with labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," or "Play Now." These links may be highlighted visually or flagged in our content. Clicking these links takes you directly to the casino operator's website.

UK Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and UK consumer protection legislation. We are committed to honest and transparent advertising practices.

Reader Responsibility

We encourage readers to conduct their own research and gamble responsibly. Please review each casino's terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gambling tools before playing. If you have concerns about gambling, please contact GambleAware or BeGambleAware.
